This article studies the latest changes in Swiss anti-corruption legislation. To study the stated issue more thoroughly, the authors equally examine the contents of Title 19 of the Swiss Criminal Code on corruption, as well as the social and legal reasons for the revision of the latter. As a result of the study, the authors conclude that even after the amendments introduced in 2016, the Swiss anti-corruption policy retains controversial provisions of the legislation that need to be processed.
