Performance measurement has become common in well-managed private enterprises. Managers need to know the running scores so they can assess whether changes are needed for the team to win or be on top. Performance measurement has many meanings but it is defined here as a regular measurement of the results (outcomes) and efficiency of services rendered by employees A well de-signed performance measurement system enables managers to assess the productivity of employees accurately. Thus allowing them to give appropriate credit or recognition for services rendered at a given time... If the right things are not measured or are measured inaccurately, those using the data will be misled and bad decisions will likely follow. The study sought to enhance the process of determining the existing productivity level of PLDT employees through the proposed monitoring system. Specifically, to identify the problems encountered within the existing system; to design a monitoring system that can perform functionalities such as having an admin and user log in, an auto-generation of reports, and an auto-ranking of employees. With an effective use of technology, it can support the development of more productive and professional employees. Successfully implemented and well-supported technology can also reduce the hassle of employee’s administrative responsibilities which can provide opportunities for growth. Based on the interviews to the client and a thorough assessment of the manual process of determining the productivity level among PLDT employees, the functionalities needed for the proposed system has been identified. Higher programming languages and web development tools have been utilized in the development of the system. Post-evaluation was conducted to determine the performance of the developed system at PLDT Malolos Branch. Based from the finding on the post-evaluation of the productivity monitoring system, major finding showed that the installed system was “highly acceptable ” based on ISO 9126 Software Quality Assurance Model in terms of functionality, accuracy, user-friendliness, reliability and security.
