Surrogacy is beneficial for those parents who is not capable to conceive a pregnancy. Surrogacy is method of assist reproduction where intended parents work with a gestation surrogacy who will carry and care for the baby until birth. In surrogacy a married couple can hire a woman’s womb to have children. The advancements in medical science and technology have proved to be a boon newline to making. The medical science has made it possible for individual to get a genetically related child with the help of third party and without sexual intercourse. There can be many reasons behind getting a child from surrogacy. The paper is centred on “problem of commercialization of surrogacy in India”. After introducing the topic briefly. It clarifies the meaning and concept of surrogacy.
