Abstract

The present contribution is intended to illustrate some of the latest case-law of the Court on its jurisdiction under Articles 267 TFEU and the admissibility of requests for a preliminary ruling. It is submitted that a new trend seems to emerge (or, rectius, to consolidate): in a growing number of cases, the Court has been more rigorous in assessing its jurisdiction under Article 267 TFEU and in checking the admissibility of references from national courts.
