Abstract

The paper focuses on different theoretical approaches towards establishing corporate criminal liability in the national legislation of the Russian Federation. The central part of the paper examines different theoretical and practical views on the introduction of corporate liability in general, and in the Russian Federation in particular. The present paper aims to find the root of the problem, and by comparing the positions of several opponents, to give recommendations for the solution to the problem.
