Spanish Abstract: El presente articulo expone acerca de los principios juridicos, como una clase especial de normas juridicas, sus fundamentos teoricos y conceptuales, los elementos que los distinguen y la forma en que ellos se aplican en para resolver casos. Finalmente, los autores se refieren a la vinculacion entre principios juridicos, derechos fundamentales y derechos humanos. English Abstract: This paper exposes about legal principles, such as a special sort of legal norms, their theoretical and conceptual foundations, the elements that distinguish them and the way in which they are applied to solve cases. Finally, the authors refer to the link between legal principles, fundamental rights and human rights.
