English Abstract: The most serious problems of humanity are directly related to the factors that generate migration, whose essence is hunger, racism, poverty, conflicts and gender violence. The part of the migration that is most at risk during the journey from the country of origin to the destination is the so-called undocumented or in an irregular situation, who are prey to organized crime, the migration authorities, from which they take advantage to exploit them as workers, forced disappearance, uprising, trafficking in persons, murders, among other antisocial behaviors.
