A Modified susceptible-infected-recovered (SIR) model is defined for epidemic disease and studies about the basic reproduction number. The basic reproduction number (𝑅𝑃0) is defined as the epidemic will spread or not in the population. If the value 𝑅𝑃0 < 1, then the epidemic will spread in the population otherwise not. Also the stability of the model has been analyzed with the help of Jacobian matrix. Also, this matrix provides the future suggestions for better medication to save human life from epidemic diseases.
