Sylos Labini ricorda qui la sua teoria dell'oligopolio, ma estende anche le sue osservazioni a una gamma completa di riforme strutturali necessarie per l'Italia dell'epoca. The article is a slightly edited reproduction of Paolo Sylos Labini’s 1962 testimony at the “Commission on the limits to competition” of the Italian Parliament.
