A constitution usually reflects the values that a people hold dear and wish to live by. Some of these values will reflect the country's own history and experience. Others are widely recognized as positive forces in most if not all countries' constitutional arrangements. When interpreting the constitution, values are eccentric, by this I mean and give more emphasis on teleological interpretation.
