Abstract

English Abstract: The subject of "public procurement" and its close relationship with "good governance" in Peru as a fundamental right is central to the purposeful exploration of the construction of these categories based on the intrinsic recognition that the Political Constitution of Peru grants to such categories within the framework of the respect and guarantee to the fundamental rights.
