Abstract

Information technology developed nowadays is not only applicable in the information technology world, but also has developed into other areas of the job that requires an information technology to support the needs of their field. Services on information technology are contained in the SLA, OLA, UC, or other agreements. This service can be measured by the effectiveness of SLAs with service level domain refers to the Delivery and Support (DS) with the development Define and Manage Service Levels (DMSL). Conclusions were later obtained from the whole research process is the level of service maturity (Maturity Level) has been the extent to which the SLA with the delivery of goods that occur in the field.
