Reliability is one of the crucial part of any software, that cannot be disregarded and hard to measured. When the probability of software failure occurrence decreases, software reliability increases. A model used to illustrate software reliability is known as Software Reliability Growth Models (SRGMs). The Software Reliability Model (SRM) evaluates the level of software quality before the software is delivered to the user. This work aims to provide a foundation for the improvement of software reliability research through a systematic review of previous work.
