Abstract

Spanish Abstract: Este ensayo pretende definir las redes organizacionales a partir de la revision de algunos elementos de Estudios Organizacionales como el psicoanalisis organizacional, redes de conocimiento, gobernabilidad y confianza, asi como, su surgimiento desde la epoca feudal; finalmente se realiza una introduccion de las redes organizacionales en el sector turistico para describir una red de hoteles en la ciudad de Medellin. Esta entrega se realiza a traves de una revision bibliografica de diversos autores que han contribuido a investigar sobre estudios organizacionales y sobre redes. English Abstract: This essay aims to define organizational networks from the review of some elements of Organizational Studies such as organizational psychoanalysis, knowledge networks, governance and trust, as well as its origins from feudal times. Afterwards, some remarks are given about organizational networks in order to describe the network Alianza Hoteles in Medellin. This paper has been done taking into account the review of several authors who have contributed to the research on organizational studies and networks.
