Spanish Abstract: El 22 de Septiembre de 2014, se informo el fallecimiento de Jurgen Paulmann, CEO y fundador de la aerolinea SKY Airline, parte del Holding JP. Una semana antes, Jurgen se preocupo de nombrar como sucesor a su hijo Holger Paulmann. Este hecho coincidio con un cambio completo en la estrategia competitiva que llevaba SKY en la region.English Abstract: On September 22, 2014, it was informed about the death of Jurgen Paulmann, CEO and founder of SKY Airline, a company part of JP Holding. A week before, Jurgen was concerned about to manage the succession process to name his son Holger Paulmann as the next CEO of SKY. This coincided with a complete change in the competitive strategy that SKY had in the region.
