Polish Abstract: Artykul przedstawia szczegolnie istotne dla integracji europejskiej orzecznictwo Trybunalu Sprawiedliwości Unii Europejskiej (TSUE) dotyczące zaangazowania instytucji unijnych w walke z kryzysem finansowym oraz problem legalności powolanych mechanizmow stabilnościowych. Problemem badawczym jest analiza orzecznictwa TSUE z perspektywy interpretacji przepisow unijnych przez sedziow z Luksemburga w zakresie legalności dzialan antykryzysowych oraz ewentualny wplyw tych interpretacji na proces integracji Unii Gospodarczej i Walutowej. Celem artykulu jest prezentacja glownych tez wyrokow oraz opinii TSUE (sprawy P. Gauweiler, S. Storch oraz T. Pringle) wydanych w wyniku zaangazowania instytucji unijnych w walke z kryzysem finansowym oraz ocena decyzji interpretacyjnych z punktu widzenia poglebiania integracji UGW. Hipoteza badawcza brzmi: orzecznictwo TSUE dotyczące dzialan antykryzysowych moze wyznaczyc kierunek dalszej integracji w ramach UGW oraz poglebic jej integracje.English Abstract: The article presents very important jurisdiction for the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) on an involvement of EU institutions in fight again financial crisis and in the problem of legality established stability mechanisms. The research problem is an analysis of the CJEU jurisdiction from the perspective of interpretation of EU regulations by judges in Luxembourg with regard to the legality of anti-crisis measures and the possible impact of interpretation on the process of Economic and Monetary Union integration. The aim of the article is to present the main theses of the judgments and opinions of the CJEU (cases of P. Gauweiler, S. Storch and P. Pringle) issued as a result of the involvement of the EU institutions in fight against financial crisis and the evaluation of interpretation decisions from the point of view of deepening integration of the EMU. The research hypothesis is: the CJEU jurisdiction on the anti-crisis measures may determine the direction of further integration within EMU and deepen its integration.
