Emprendedurismo y capital intelectual (Entrepreneurship and Intellectual Capital)

Abstract

The entrepreneurship is currently considered one of the pillars of economic development of a society to allow businesses and jobs generate stable and sustainable over time. The intellectual capital-based view can analyze which elements of entrepreneurship are important to foster that social development. Recent studies show how intellectual capital assets encourage innovation and, along with it the ability to create new businesses in an area. I addition, training is one of the elements that keep the building stable businesses. Finally, capital relational and cooperation is very important. In this paper we structure the different components of intellectual capital and examines the effect that each of them contributes to entrepreneurship as a basis for local development.Actualmente es considerado que uno de los pilares del desarrollo economico de una sociedad es su capacidad de generar empresas y empleo estable y sostenible en el tiempo, es decir, su emprendedurismo. El enfoque de capital intelectual permite analizar que elementos del emprendedurismo son importantes para fomentar ese desarrollo social. Recientes estudios muestran como los activos de capital intelectual fomentan la innovacion y, junto con ella la capacidad de crear nuevas empresas en un territorio. Otros senalan como es la formacion uno de los elementos que permiten mantener estable esa creacion de empresas. Finalmente, otros analizan la importancia de las relaciones, es decir del capital relacional. En este trabajo se estructuran las diferentes componentes del capital intelectual y se analiza el efecto que cada una de ellas aporta al emprendedurismo como base para el desarrollo local.
