Abstract

This paper tries to examine how Patent Protection and Enforcement is implemented in the People’s Republic of China (PRC). In order to understand Patent Law in the PRC the current conflict between Western and Asian views on Intellectual Property Rights is to be rendered. Followed by a synopsis of pattern in order to protect and enforce Intellectual Property Rights.
