Abstract

Optus is second largest telecommunication company in Australia. In 2001 it was acquired by Singapore leading Telecom Company SingTel. In this paper authors evaluate and map the risk factors by using Porter five forces analysis. Further authors also applied PEST analysis to determine the key contributing risk factor to companies’ revenue and cost.
