Abstract

FDI embodying capital and technology or some intangible advantage is the act of establishing or acquiring a foreign subsidiary over which the investing company has extensive management control. Which is the impact of IPRs upon FDI inflows & FDI outflows? The results show that IPRs (expressed by zekipr1, zekipr2) are a vital variable which play a significant role in attracting both FDI inflows and FDI outflows.
