This report reviews the particulars provided in a case study that requires engineering analysis in reviewing the operations of a furniture manufacturer's processes in determining how best to meet the demand projections while holding the expenditures for this organization. The data with the case study appears to be more focused to perform the aggregate production planning. Various methods were used to analyze the case study data and make recommendations as to how best to meet it’s organizational objectives.
