A write up which introduces the subject of Information Technology Law which is rather popularly known as 'Cyber Law'. This article will be most useful for non law professionals because it lays down the fundamentals. Those who are from law background will also find it interesting because it detail the background and general features of the subject. Even a proper introduction to the Information Technology Act, 2000 has also done.
