Abstract

El trabajo analiza la regulacion estatal y autonomica sobre las formas alternativas al cumplimiento del deber de entrega de terrenos lucrativos a los Ayuntamientos por parte de los promotores de actuacion de transformacion urbanistica y su concrecion en la figura de la monetarizacion. The paper analyzes the state and regional regulation about alternative forms of fulfillment of delivery duty of lucrative areas to the municipalities by the promoters of urban development and its realization in the figure of monetization.
