Abstract

In todays era corporate ethics plays a very vital role for any Company in the corporate world. Surviving for companies in such a competitive world has become difficult. So, for good governance a company need to follow certain ethics which we can call as corporate ethics, to mnimize the corporate frauds and white collar crimes.
