Among the remedies provided for by the Lanham Act, there are two major categories: injunction (Section 34), and monetary relief. The latter category includes damages, accounting of profits, an award of attorney fees in exception cases, and court costs (Section 35). These remedies are cumulative - for example, the plaintiff may seek simultaneously both damages and accounting of the defendant's profits.
