Abstract : the Tactical Communications Analysis Program (TACP) User's Manual describes the applicability of, data required for, and operational instructions for the TCAP. The TCAP was developed for the U.S. Marine Corps to perform electromagnetic compatibility analyses of snapshot deployments of tactical communications equipments operating in the HF (2-30 MHz), VHF (30-76 MHz), and UHF (225-400 MHz) frequency bands. This manual supersedes ESD-TR-74-070.
