Abstract : The report describes some measurements carried out during 1972 AIDJEX that have not been accounted for in earlier reports under this contract. Determinations of the turbidity coefficient gave a mean value of 0-078, indicating that the dust scattering is considerable in the Arctic atmosphere. Incoming and outgoing short-wave and long-wave radiation fluxes were monitored by 4 Eppley precision pyranometers. The variations of these fluxes and of the radiation balance are discussed, especially in relation to the cloud conditions.
