ABSTRACT ADMA-OPCO has been injecting seawater for more than 10 years into two separate fields offshore Abu Dhabi. Some wells have shown deterioration in injectivity. The causes of deterioration and remedial action to regain injectivity are discussed. Steps have been taken not only to remove the plugging material from the system but to prevent corrosion which constitute the main source of the debris.
