<p>El artículo analiza el papel de los agentes en la dinámica urbanística y territorial durante<br />los años del boom inmobiliario (1996-2006): administraciones públicas (ayuntamientos y<br />Generalitat), plataformas de defensa y movimientos vecinales, agentes privados vinculados a<br />la actividad urbanística (propietarios de suelo y promotores inmobiliarios) y empresariado de<br />los sectores tradicionalmente relevantes (turístico y agropecuario). El estudio se realiza sobre<br />la llanura del Alt Empordà (Girona), que puede resultar representativa de otros espacios litorales de la geografía española.</p>
