This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) using Autodesk Revit in enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of construction project management, particularly in the development of Hospital X in Sidoarjo. The research methods include a literature review and a comparative analysis between conventional methods and BIM, focusing on cost efficiency, time savings, and the accuracy of Quantity Take-Off (QTO) calculations. The results indicate that BIM outperforms conventional methods. Labor costs using BIM ranged from IDR 217,500 to IDR 271,500, significantly lower than the IDR 1,019,000 incurred with conventional methods, achieving cost savings of up to 78.65%. The volume calculation deviation was also minimal, at only 0.025%. BIM simplifies the 3D modeling of structural elements and produces accurate, fast, and integrated data. Autodesk Revit has proven to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of construction planning in accordance with national technical standards.
