This research analyses the strategy of BUMDes Mulya Jaya in developing Petung Park tourism in Belik Village, Trawas, using a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, with informants from village officials, BUMDes administrators, and tourists. Analysis used the Miles and Huberman model. The results show four main strategies: First, promotion through social media and cooperation with content creators, as well as the use of physical banners, Second, accessibility issues due to lack of community collaboration, Third, the development of tourism products such as unique culinary “eating while playing water”, and finally Fourth, professional human resource management. Despite various efforts, the strategies implemented have not been fully successful.
