Information Technology is currently experiencing rapid development. Its advancements enable quick, efficient, and accurate access to data or information. One example of applying information technology in services is by implementing a system that records all data processes such as customer data, bookings, and payments in a computerized manner. The research method employs the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model, specifically the Waterfall model, which includes stages of planning, analysis, system design, and implementation. Despite this, the process of booking futsal fields still relies on manual methods, which are less effective and efficient as they require direct interaction between customers and service providers. With the introduction of a web-based futsal field rental system, it is hoped that customers will find it easier to make bookings by knowing the availability of fields in advance. This will make the futsal field rental process more efficient and convenient for users.
