Influence of Times Interest Earned Ratio (TIER) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) On Return on Equity (ROE) at BCA Syaria for the 2018-2022 Period
ROE is a ratio used to measure net profit after tax with its own capital. This ratio explains the efficiency in using its own capital, where the higher the ratio value, the better. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of TIER, DER on ROE at BCA Syariah for the 2018-2022 period. This type of research is quantitative research using secondary data originating from monthly financial reports. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research explain that there is a positive and significant influence between TIER on ROE, there is a positive and insignificant influence between DER on ROE and there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between TIER and DER on ROE in BCA Syariah for the 2018-2022 period.
