Transparency in alms fund distribution is vital for ensuring accountability and trust in charitable organizations. However, research on how transparency is operationalized within specific organizational contexts is sparse. This study examines the transparency of alms fund distribution at the Lazismu Umsida service office. The objective is to assess how transparency practices are implemented and whether they adhere to regulatory standards. The findings underscore the importance of transparent practices in enhancing public trust and accountability in charitable fund management, providing a valuable framework for other organizations aiming to improve their transparency and effectiveness.
