Elections Agency is an institution that has the authority to oversee all stages of the election, process alleged violations, handle and take action against violations, and resolve disputes related to the election process. The objective of this research is to analytic the effectiveness of Bawaslu in executing the 2020 Pilkada in Sidoarjo Regency. The research methodology employed is descriptive qualitative, utilizing purposive sampling to select informants. The informants comprised the Chairperson of Bawaslu Sidoarjo Regency, PPHM division staff, and HR division staff. Data were acquired through observations, interviews, and documentations. The data analysis utilized Miles & Huberman's interactive model, involving data collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The outcomes indicated that Bawaslu's workload increased due to the pandemic, enhancing work productivity through technology utilization, signifying effectiveness.
