This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of capital education ratio, non-performing loans, loan to deposit ratio, operational costs per operational income on profitability in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2021 period. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a sample size of 11 companies. The data analysis technique is carried out by estimating the harvest model with the help of the Eviews program, where the T test, F test and R2 test are used as hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that the capital adequacy ratioter and non-performing loans are proven to have a positive and significant effect on profitability, the loan to deposit ratio and operational costs and operational income are not proven to have a positive effect on banking companies on the IDX.
