The research method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research method using primary and secondary data obtained through interview,observation,documentation.Bone conservation According to tuginem and trisiani 2018:2 in the first stage that the creation of archive can be understood as the activity of making recordings of activities or events in any form and media in accordance with the development of information and communication technology.In the second phase,storage and rediscovery are the systems used for storing documents to facilitate archival work where the discovery already saved documents can be done quickly and accurately.The third phase,the transfer of archives,is an attempt internal action which means that they are still ongoing within the company with the necessary documents.The archives are searched and used continuously so that their functions can be reduced.The fourth phase is destruction archives is the activity of destroying or removing physical information so that it is no longer recognizable.
