This study aims to determine the effect of Debt To Equity Ratio, Price To Book Value and Price Earning Ratio on Share Prices on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical tool used is secondary data in the form of financial reports, data collection in the form of classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis in this study is that there is an effect of the Debt To Equity Ratio on company performance and does not affect Price To Book Value and Price Earning Ratio on stock prices.
