The research objective is to determine the role of net interest margin in mediating relationships capital adequacy ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Non Performing Loans to Profitability. Research methods quantitative. Sampling using purposive sampling technique using PLS software version 3.0. The results of this study are Capital Adequacy Ratio, Loans to Deposits, and Non-Performing Loans significant effect on Return On Assets, Capital Adequacy Ratio has no significant effect on Net Interest Margin, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Non Performing Loans have a significant effect on Net Interest Margin, Net Interest Margin has a significant positive effect and has a significant effect on Return On Assets, Net Interest Margin does not significant effect in mediating the relationship of Capital Adequacy Ratio to Return On Assets, Net Interest Margin significant effect in mediating the relationship between Loan to Deposit Ratio and Non Performing Loans on Return On Assets
