The Health Social Security Administrative Body (BPJS) is still being discussed by all groups of people to this day. The increase in the number of BPJS participants each year does not make BPJS free from the problem of arrears in participant contributions. The enthusiasm of the people to have Health Insurance by registering to become BPJS Health participants was apparently not matched by their knowledge of the policies that exist in BPJS Health. This research uses descriptiveiqualitative method. The technique of determiningiinformants in this research uses a purposive sampling technique. Theiresults of thisistudy indicateithat BPJS users are indeed not aware of the existence of a policy in BPJS that actually BPJS membership is for life. This perception arises from the absence of socialization and the lack of notification from the BPJS.
