By elaborating on the connotation of quality control circle (QCC), this paper determines that in spite of all the difficulties, QCC in Chinese hospitals has reached some significant results in a dozen years. However, with an in-depth understanding of the QCC operating practices and practical operations, a series of problems occur. Focusing on theme selection, real cause verification, solution formulation and standardization, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
