CONVERSOR CA-CC MONOFÁSICO BIDIRECIONAL ISOLADO PARA APLICAÇÃO EM TRANSFORMADORES DE ESTADO SÓLIDO

Abstract

Neste trabalho ´e apresentada uma topologia de conversor CA-CC monof´asico para aplica¸c˜ao em Transformador de Estado S´olido (TES), denominado ND1, que resulta da combina¸c˜ao de dois bra¸cos NPC (Neutral Point Clamped) de trˆes n´iveis e que apresenta caracter´isticas de um conversor DAB (Dual Active Bridge). Em virtude de suas caracter´isticas, os TES vˆem sendo empregados no acionamento de motores el´etricos com alta densidade de potˆencia, energia e´olica, tra¸c˜ao locomotiva e em outras aplica¸c˜oes onde o peso e volume s˜ao considerados aspectos cr´iticos. Desta forma, atrav´es da implementa¸c˜ao das estrat´egias de modula¸c˜ao e de controle escolhidas, s˜ao apresentados os resultados obtidos por meio de simula¸c˜oes.
