Reconstrução de imagens de Tomografia por Impedância Elétrica usando Extreme Learning Machine de Regressão

Abstract

Tomografia por Impedância Eletrica (TIE) e uma tecnica de imageamento mediante a medicao de grandezas eletricas atraves de eletrodos posicionados na superficie de um dominio. Suas principais vantagens sao a portabilidade, o baixo custo e a nao utilizacao de radiacao ionizante. Apesar disso, a mesma ainda nao foi fortemente estabelecida devido a sua baixa velocidade de reconstrucao e baixa resolucao espacial. A reconstrucao de imagens de TIE depende da resolucao dos problemas direto e inverso. O problema direto consiste na determinacao dos potenciais eletricos no interior da secao a partir dos medidos na superficie do corpo. O problema inverso consiste na estimacao da distribuicao de condutividades a partir dos potenciais medidos na fronteira. Este trabalho propoe a utilizacao de Redes Neurais Artificiais (RNA) do tipo Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) de Regressao para a obtencao de sinogramas a partir dos dados de potenciais eletricos. Posteriomente, propoe-se a reconstrucao dos sinogramas utilizando algoritmo de Backprojection para reconstrucao de imagens de TIE.
