LIMITADORES DO PROCESSO DE ENSINO E APRENDIZAGEM DOS CONCEITOS DE PROBABILIDADE

Abstract

O trabalho apresentado debate a respeito dos principais limitadores que atuam como agentes que dificultam e minimizam a aprendizagem da temática Probabilidade no ensino médio. Inicialmente, descreve-se as habilidades e competências definidas para o ensino de Probabilidades segundo os Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCN). Em seguida, é apresentado uma pesquisa bibliográfica que demonstra a importância, juntamente com os obstáculos encontrados, para abordagem do tema. Realiza-se uma análise de estruturação e formulação de alguns problemas, destacando as situações que envolvem uma contextualização e interdisciplinaridade dos temos elencados. As considerações finais apontam limitadores relacionados à formação de professores, uso mecanizado de fórmulas e escolha de problemas sem contexto com a vivência dos alunos. Em caráter sugestivo, apresenta-se uma metodologia baseada na escolha de problemas que permite, de modo facilitador, o desenvolvimento do processo de ensino e aprendizagem da Probabilidade no ensino médio.
