Keeping up with new market trends is a demand on the hotel management made by the conditions in which hotel operations are today conducted. The ability to adapt to changes is a prerequisite for the growth, development and survival of hotel enterprises. The two most important factors of the organizational environment are competition and hotel guests. The hotel management should center its activities on the hotel guests and the demands of the tourist market.
