Abstract

Este ensaio é resultado de uma pesquisa de campo etnográfica realizada nos anos de 2015 e 2016 durante a festa de São Benedito e que teve como objetivo compreender a forte presença histórica das mulheres na Marujada, refletindo sobre o protagonismo histórico das marujas de São Benedito.
