Abstract

Desde el año 2003, el grupo Elsevier ha realizado análisis de usabilidad de sitios web de bibliotecas universitarias americanas y europeas. Durante este año se propuso a la Unidad de Coordinación de Bibliotecas llevar a cabo un análisis de usabilidad de su servicio web de información.
