Abstract

Informe con el análisis de las respuestas recibidas en la Encuesta de satisfacción de usuarios de la Red de Bibliotecas y Archivos del CSIC de 2016. El objetivo de estas encuestas es conocer los niveles de satisfacción de las personas que utilizan los servicios de la Red, así como la evolución en el tiempo de estos niveles de satisfacción. El análisis de las respuestas ayuda en la toma de decisiones para dar un mejor soporte a la investigación por parte de la Red de Bibliotecas y Archivos del CSIC. También permite conocer el grado de cumplimiento de los compromisos adquiridos por la Red de Bibliotecas y Archivos en su carta de servicios.

La encuesta se enmarca dentro del Plan de Gestión de la Calidad e Innovación de la AECSIC, en concreto como parte del Proyecto: "Calidad en los Servicios de Información Científica y Biblioteca".
