Abstract

El actual panorama de restricciones presupuestarias y de personal ha obligado a las bibliotecas a planificar estrategias para paliar el efecto de estos recortes. Esta situación se superpone al cambio de modelo en el que se encuentran inmersas las bibliotecas desde hace años, fundamentalmente debido a la irrupción de las Tecnologías de la Información. Se discuten estos temas en relación a la Red de Bibliotecas y Archivos del CSIC
