Cuidado sob demanda

Abstract

Este ensaio problematiza a expansão das plataformas digitais de atendimento psicológico, considerando suas implicações para a prática profissional, a saúde mental dos trabalhadores e a própria concepção de cuidado. Argumenta-se que a plataformização transforma o trabalho clínico em uma atividade precarizada e mercantilizada, submetida a lógicas algorítmicas e avaliações contínuas dos usuários, ao mesmo tempo que desloca a responsabilidade pelo sucesso profissional para o indivíduo. A análise destaca como esta dinâmica fragiliza vínculos terapêuticos, compromete a singularidade dos processos clínicos e intensifica desigualdades de gênero e raça, sobretudo para profissionais em início de carreira e/ou de grupos minoritários. Além disso, o texto discute as tensões éticas e epistemológicas desse modelo, que subordina a escuta clínica a métricas de performance e consumo imediato, desconsiderando a complexidade do sofrimento humano e as dimensões relacionais da psicoterapia. Ao evidenciar essas transformações, o artigo propõe uma reflexão crítica sobre os desafios políticos e profissionais impostos à psicologia diante da plataformização e do avanço do empreendedorismo de si, apontando a necessidade de resistências coletivas e práticas éticas comprometidas com o cuidado e a dignidade dos sujeitos.
